This is our second great experience with both James and Team Elfassy. Our timings were unfortunate because we were selling our house in a buyer's market and afterwards buying in a seller's market. However, it made no difference with James. He was able to sell our home in a difficult time and he made it possible for us to find our dream home in Etobicoke. But that is not the only strong trait of James. He is very honest with his clients, easy to communicate with, readily available, enthusiastic to look for your dream home, and both quick and accommodating to arrange viewings for you. Whether you are buying or selling, James guides you throughout the entire process. He makes the stressful process much easier and you can always rely on him to ask for advice, help, and clarifications. He is also a great negotiator for both selling and buying. He was able to sell our home in less than two weeks in a bad market and we are sure that if it wasn't for James, we would have not been able to close the deal for our new home. Our overall experience with Team Elfassy and James has been wonderful and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and supportive realtor.
