Buying and Selling a home can be one of the most stressful times of your life but Dave and his team made the process quick and easy. We got the house we were looking for and then sold our condo in 3 days at the price we wanted. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a realtor who’s passionate and cares about his clients. He’s great at answering all concerns and questions. No matter how many clients he has or how busy he is, he always made time for us, whether we messaged him at 7am or 11pm. He’s a great guy and a great Realtor.
