Dave is smart and has great instincts. He is patient and a good communicator. He was very quick to respond to every inquiry. Although we didn’t always see eye to eye, he listened and worked with what we wanted. In the end, with cooperation, patience (and a lot of prayer) we are pleased with what our house sold for.
