Wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Sean Millar who did a fantastic job at representing our family in the sale of our home. I came upon The Dave Elfassy Team advertisement on my instagram feed and was very curious to see if indeed they could offer a 1% commission service with all the bells and whistles that they advertised. We followed his instructions and therefore He did everything he promised. When you work with a realtor you have to be willing to do the work as well to get the best results. He sold our house 110% over asking and within 2 days . The exposure was crazy. We had approximately 80 showings within 2 days, in January at that ! Job well done !
