Dave was an outstanding realtor and was quick to respond to queries and questions during the our preliminary process of getting our Mother's house ready for sale. He was upfront regarding his knowledge of sales and able to answer questions quickly and guide us through the ropes with his great team of qualified and professional services to help bring a home, over thirty years old to market. Right from the start, each of his team members, played a role whether it was, Erin the home stager or the professional painters, Sandro in particular or Michael who did the home inspection. Each member or teams brought their A-game to the home and brought it up to its gleaming presentation. During the difficult time of placing the home up and navigating COVID-19 which it the next day, we persevered on. Dave was there every step of the way helping us by reviewing the process with encouraging words and suggesting different strategies that we could employ to help sell the house.
