The Condo Group is dedicated to working with condo and townhome buyers, sellers and developers in Greater Victoria.

We are a team of licensed REALTORS® that came together in 2005 as Strata sales were becoming increasingly popular. This significant change in the marketplace required a new type of real estate expertise and so The Condo Group was created.
