The average Real Estate Professional only sells 5.7 homes per year, while some of the top agents will sell a couple hundred! When selecting an agent to list your home, you want an agent who is busy and well respected within your market, but not an agent who is so busy that you become a number rather than a name. An agent who sells only 10 or 15 homes a year is not in touch with the current market or trends, and cannot afford to put systems in place to market your home properly. On the flip side, an agent who sells a couple hundred homes per year cannot spend enough time with each listing, and often will not be able to service and market each listing properly.
