My mother always said " Treat people the way you would want to be treated" and that pretty well sums up how I do business. Buying or selling a house is a big deal and for most of us our house is our most prized possession and a major reflection of who we are. I find usually within 5 minutes most buyers know if they're interested in a home or not. It is my job then to point out the strengths and weaknesses of the home and determine if the asking price is fair.
When selling a home emotions often come into play and it's a fine line balancing between what homeowners think their home is worth and actual market value versus what a buyer is willing to pay all backed up by solid research.
