Shawn was born in Kelowna B.C., and moved to Vancouver to attend the University of British Columbia where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialty in Marketing. He worked for several years in advertising and finance before his love for the city of Vancouver and a fascination with the real estate market inspired him to earn his real estate license. After several years of success buying and selling residential and commercial properties, Shawn started ALTAS GROUP Property Solutions. ALTAS GROUP is a Vancouver-based real estate brokerage that is home to Shawn’s full service real estate business.
Shawn assists buyer and seller clients all over the Lower Mainland, though focuses primarily on the city of Vancouver.
