I am Shan Thayaparan. Being a real estate professional for over 19 years, I Have gone through many market cycles and have helped hundreds of clients purchase and sell real estate property; thus, setting them on a path to financial freedom. My experiences include but not limited to being an IT professional, community activist, politician, retail and manufacturing business owner. I Recently established a powerful Real Estate Team to serve our clients with the most important investment of their lives. I came to Canada in 1986 as a refugee. Canada has given me priceless opportunities and experiences to enable me to give my family the life that I have always dreamed of. Being a father of 3 boys and proud husband, I have gained the experience and patience of raising a family, which has provided me with transferable skills in consulting with my clients on their largest investment.
