Rose Calvelo discovered a passion for real estate and construction at an early age by watching and learning from her father, an accomplished engineer and home builder. Raised in Southern California, Rose moved to Calgary in 2003 to pursue a career in Calgary’s Oil and gas sector. The focus soon changed motivating Rose to enter the familiar territory of construction. In 2007 she became the lead Project Manager for a local custom home builder and assumed an integral role in co-ordinating their new home builds from start to finish. This time spent building homes helped Rose develop a keen eye for structural integrity, the value and quality of finishings, and the functionality required of a well-designed living space.
Looking for an outlet to pull all her talents and passions together, Rose entered the arena of real estate. For the past decade, she has successfully represented property buyers and sellers in a variety of transactions through several sets of challenging market conditions....
