I began my Real Estate career in 1989 and continue my focus on Country Properties west of Edmonton. I am very familiar with acreage living, water wells, septic systems, subdivision and development processes and guidelines.
I personally maintain a listing inventory of acreage homes and vacant parcels. I am also familiar with other properties for sale in the area. I have first-hand information on all properties FOR SALE and what has SOLD in the area and for how much.
