I am actively licensed as an Associate Broker in the states of Utah and Idaho. My expertise is in strategic analysis, valuation, marketing, and negotiation with multi-million dollar luxury homes and estates, single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. My experience also includes successfully listing and selling short sales for distressed homeowners, as well as representing banks and servicing companies to list and sell the real estate owned (REO's) in their portfolio.
