I am your trusted, ethical & experienced neighbourhood REALTOR®! My academic background include: Bachelor of Science, Master in Resource Management, Graduate Certificate in International Development, Professional certificate in Urban Design, Certified Coach with Co-Active Coaching.
7 Years in real estate with RE/MAX, has provided me the training to become a trustworthy and adept real estate professional, as well as the time to see through a complete market circle! Prior, I worked for non-profit, government agencies, and many years in private sector specializing in market research & project evaluation, online/offline marketing, city planning/urban design. I also took on professional training of an Intuitive Life Coach.
I work closely with Immigration Consultants in Vancouver, as well as the Recruitment Agencies for International Students to help new immigrants & students find immediate homes through rental or purchase, setting them up for their new life in the new land.
In addition to the success of helping clients purchase, sell & rent their properties, the highlight of my work lies in being part of support to my clients in the changes of their life!
The higher aim of my business is to promote low-carbon urban living, affordable housing, and building integrative & pet friendly communities, one property-one client at a time!
Part of my commission proceeds is automatically donate to local charities such as Children's Miracle Network, Backpack Buddies and SPCA.
