Prior to real estate, Neil gained valuable skills in time management, inventory control, cost accounting, and budgeting while managing a staff of 15 to 20 people for over 10 years. Creating, building and then selling two businesses have also contributed to Neil's solid business knowledge, hard work ethic and commitment to success.
From 1995 - 1998, he worked as a personal assistant to a realtor. During this time, in preparing to become a realtor, he handled administration, advertising, conveyancing, customer contacts and numerous other details. In 1998 he earned his designation as a professional realtor.
In his first year, Neil earned the rookie of the year award, a significant achievement for highest dollar volume in the number one Re/Max office in Northern Alberta. He has also been named in the top 10 realtors of RE/MAX Excellence.
