I became a Realtor because I was a real estate investor first. Fifteen years ago I began my career as an investor, a passion that I continue today. In addition, I currently conduct much of my real estate business in creating leases and property management. Having been on all sides of a real estate transaction - as a seller, a buyer, an agent, a landlord, and a property manager - I possess unique experience that I love to pass on to my clients.
