About Marcie Bull
Marcie Bull is a licensed realtor with a passion for all things real estate. Her career began in the late 90s when she worked for a Commercial Property Management Company, which sparked her love for the industry. She later joined the City of Halifax's Real Estate Department, where she gained invaluable experience.
In pursuit of furthering her real estate career, Marcie obtained her Real Estate License and worked for Royal LePage Commercial in Halifax. However, when her husband was posted to Kingston, Ontario, Marcie took a break from her real estate career. Eight months later, the couple was posted to Edmonton, where Marcie expanded her property management skill set. She gained extensive knowledge in managing single-family homes, multi-residential homes, and condominiums.
In 2016, Marcie decided to pursue her passion for selling real estate and obtained her Real Estate License once again. Since then, she has helped 30-40 families each year with their real estate needs and an additional 5-10 military families with rental search assistance each year.
Being "married" to the military, Marcie understands the pressures and stress of buying/selling a home within a very short time frame. She is registered with Brookfield Global Relocation Services Program and works closely with other service providers that are also registered. Marcie is passionate about giving back to her fellow military families and annually donates to CanPraxis, a national organization based in Alberta that offers equine therapy to military, first responders, and healthcare workers and their families suffering from an OSI/PTSD.
With specialized knowledge and training, Marcie can guide her clients through the home/condominium purchase process with extensive education and direction. Marcie's love for real estate and desire to help others make her an excellent realtor. Her expertise in property management and passion for giving back to her community make her a valuable asset to those looking to buy or sell a home.
