About Marc Desloges
Marc Desloges graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 2014. While attending UBC, Marc played four seasons as a student athlete on the Thunderbirds Men’s Ice Hockey team.
Shortly after Marc completed his degree at UBC, he worked for Earls Restaurant and was quickly promoted to Sous Chef. He spent three years at Earls, developing many valuable skills like time management, leadership, training and customer service.
Marc then left Earls to join his family business, Jade Clinics as the Vice President, Finance. “Family businesses can be very challenging at times and at other times can provide you with the most fulfilling and rewarding experiences,” says Marc. While Marc now has more limited involvement, Jade will always hold a special place in his heart.
Marc first came to Victoria in 2015 when he attended the University of Victoria and earned his Certificate of Business Administration as part of continuing studies. After completing the program, Marc moved back to Vancouver and met his wife, Mika. They spent a few years in Vancouver before deciding to move back to Victoria, Mika’s hometown.
In more recent years, Marc has developed a passion for real estate. From going through the process of buying and selling several of his own properties to now helping others do the same. Marc prides himself in being very thorough and is passionate about providing the best customer experience. As a hockey player, Marc learned the importance of teamwork and understands that the best ideas and solutions are born from collaboration.
In Marc’s spare time, he enjoys golfing & kayaking with his wife and going on hikes with their two dogs Bauer & Gordie. He lives on Maple Bay and loves to cook meals for his family. Marc and Mika’s home is commonly referred to as “Uncle Marc’s Pizza and Pancake House”.
Marc looks forward to working with you and your family to find your dream home.
