I started my real estate and mortgage career in 1991, working for my family's business in New Westminster, selling real estate and arranging private mortgages.

In 1995 I accepted a temporary position in Prince George with The Mortgage centre, as one of the city's first mortgage brokers.
Thinking I was only going to stay for three months, I ended up staying for fourteen years. During my fourteen years in Prince George I was able to help many people with their goals of home ownership and meeting certain financial goals. I was personally involved in 42 real estate transactions, with fix and flips, investment properties, and personal homes.
