Martha helped us with invaluable advice in the sale of our house, as well as the negotiations and purchase of our new house.
From getting us over 95% of our asking price to helping us get the house we wanted when other offers were on the table, Martha made the whole experience as stress free as it could be.
She is easy to talk to and I feel like we didn't only find a great realtor but a friend as well.
