Candace Keeling

Candace was fantastic with helping me find a place. I needed a place to rent quickly after arrangements I had made previously fell through. I told Candace what I was looking for and what my budget was. It was in a neighbourhood that neither of us had been to previously, she took it upon herself to take me there and we looked at few places. I had really wanted to be in a specific location and she was able to locate an available condo in that area, as well as negotiate a good lease that worked for me. I was in a hurry to move in and was impressed with her when all this was done in a matter of days, without her, I never would have gotten this place when I needed it. I absolutely love the location, the view and how close the condo is to my school, I am happy I had Candace as an agent.
