Margherita Leofanti

I really enjoyed working with Margherita. We were going between a few neighbourhoods and what I appreciated about working with her was her willingness to get to know the neighbourhoods we were considering- her timeliness with responses- and her excellent negotiating skills. She is old school and not trying to pull one over on you. She both sold our previous house and helped with the purchase of the new house and I was pleased with the numbers on both transactions. I would definitely recommend her.
