Having Wayne and Jennifer to sell our house is a blessing for us. With their expertise and tactics, we got multiple offers in a week, which is beyond our expectation. Since we are out of the country, they made the entire process easy to manage and worry free for us. Wayne and Jennifer act like owner. They worked hard in the evenings and over the weekends to help us achieve the most yet reduce the cost. Definitely they have provided the best services more than we can ask for. They are professional and trustworthy. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell or lease their properties.
