Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. Wayne and Sean did a thorough inspection of our house, provided us with recommendations on what we should repair, and gave us the name of a good contractor who fixed what we couldn’t do ourselves. They made suggestions for decluttering and staging the house and allowed us the time to do it with no pressure. Once it came time to list, they worked with our special circumstances and managed the process excellently. Our house was on the market for a day and a half and we received six competing offers.
