I think what stands out most about Marlen is his eagerness to reassure, help, and communicate with you every step of the way. Home-buying is an extremely stressful process for many, and due to a number of personal factors, this was especially the case for me. Dare I even say I was a bit of a Debbie Downer, refusing to allow myself to get excited about it all. Marlen consistently reassured me and tried to get me excited. He communicated constantly. He went out of his way to be there for us (emotionally and physically) constantly, despite him having a young family of his own.
