I'm naturally inclined not to write long reviews, but there is so much I can share about our awesome experience with Vinod and Gazal Bansal. When a friend of ours introduced us to Vinod... little did I know that few weeks later my husband and I will end up with a beautiful house and a sincere new friends like Vinod and Gazal. They always went above and beyond and we always felt like we were in great hands. As first time home owners we were new to the market (especially the GTA market). We were eager and just wanted to get our foot into the door but also find that special first home. He was very empathetic in dealing with our emotional roller coaster while buying our house. Vinod is extremely knowledgeable and professional he knew exactly what to look for he knows the surrounding communities very well. We have few of our know agents who in the starting was working with us but Vinod really took the time to understand our unique needs and preferences and provided relevant advice from our perspective. Other agents did not pay as much attention to what we liked/wanted. They liked to tell us what they thought was best for us and tried to change our preferences (or even budget!), which I found highly annoying and frustrating. I decided to not continue with the other agents because I didn't feel they had my best interest in mind. I really appreciated the fact that Vinod respected our preferences and kept our best interest in mind when considering the pros and cons of different options. Vinod worked with our scheduled and lined up showings back to back that was very impressive. When he was working with us he didn’t book appointments with other clients. He was super-fast to respond to messages/calls. Vinod is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. I remember when viewing the houses, He would carefully assess many things and give advice accordingly. He would acknowledge the things He was unsure about and follow up with research. I didn't get nearly as much helpful advice with the other agents. Some of them even made up answers with incorrect facts on the spot. I was also very impressed with Vinod’s negotiation skills in getting my offer accepted at a desirable price. I had prepared for many more rounds of negotiations, but Vinod successfully helped persuade the seller's side to accept my initial offer within a relatively short period of time. Vinod has surrounded herself with a network of qualified resources/professionals...Who helped us with mortgage and other home buying process….
