Valeria (you may call her Valerie) is excellent at what she does. We hired her to find us a perfect place in a crazy market when we weren’t sure what we wanted. (We were an agent’s worst dream.) She is the perfect balance of softness and strength, quietly confident, and the right person to get things done thoroughly, and promptly. She never rushed us, but helped us to focus on what was most important to us so we would not waste our time. She knew when to listen, and when to urge us to consider something we hadn’t thought about — and needed to — even if it meant making her day longer / her job harder. She would never admit this; she accepted extra work gladly, but there were days we were “high maintenance” and she always treated us like we were no trouble at all. (We were :) Kudos to her for doing everything she said she was going to do — and more. That is to be applauded, in any market, even more so now. She spoiled us in many ways, and has continued doing so after her obligation was fulfilled. Pianos, windows, movers, etc. She’s still who we call. (She is the one who pointed out that the piano would fit in our new home - perfectly.). Always on time. Always on point. Always just ahead of what we needed to know. We won! We can’t recommend Valeria (it’s actually easy to pronounce) highly enough.
