y approach to choosing a realtor was seeing who will sell my unit for the least amount of commission, until I met Vadim. What convinced me was what he brought to the table. He walked the house with me and discussed items to change/improve, broke down timelines to their base components, talked pricing strategies and negotiations tactics. He made sure to create a realistic price point in my mind while squeezing the property for everything it had. We eventually agreed on a commission and he provided very skilled contacts for all the items we discussed. Since they work a lot with him the costs were lower than what I was finding on my own. He brought his cleaning crew to prep the house for the photoshoot and his photographer that did an amazing job. Everything he did and say came to show that he wasn't in this for just a commission, but to get the best deal one could get in this crappy market. I ended up selling for a higher price than I expected and I've recommended Vadim to anyone that was thinking of selling or buying.
