TL;DR Sujan was a GOD SEND!
He went above and beyond to help us find our dream home in this crazy market. It was our first time looking for a home and so we felt overwhelmed and not 100% sure where to look as we're flexible and both work from home.
Once we explained to him what we had in mind he wasted no time in getting us viewings of places that fit our description and needs. He was extremely organized, easy to get in contact with, and made sure we understood every piece of paperwork we signed.
When the time came he helped us put our offer in hours after the listing went live and negotiated the home into our budget.
Not to mention he was completely transparent and honest with us every step of the way. I highly recommend hiring him as your next realtor, you’ll be in great hands!
