The Urban Group truly did an outstanding job! Ryan is a great real estate agent, he is extremely knowledgeable and an expert negotiator! The Urban Group provides the whole package from staging to professional photos, you really feel taken care of and in good hands. We could not have sold our home so quickly while getting over asking price and then be able to get into our desired neighbourhood if it wasn't for them! We recommend the Urban Group to all our family and friends!
