Mandy and I met Tyler at an impromptu showing in Cardinal Ontario. At the time we were looking at houses without an agent by simply perusing MLS listings. After viewing the home, which turned out was not a fit for us, we began speaking to Tyler in the driveway of the home he just showed us. We explained to him, briefly, what we were looking for and he asked if he could send us some options. In a matter of hours Tyler had selected some options for us to review and the search was on. Mandy and I had a long list of wants, hopes and dreams. Tyler paid particular attention to what we told him and how we reacted to the different showings. Soon enough I believe that he knew what we were looking for better than we did. He found us our home and we could not be more pleased. Tyler is everything you would want in an agent and more.
