My experience working with Troy to find a home was positive in all respects. I explained to him my “must haves” and he showed me homes that ticked all the boxes. Through the showing process we both learned of more requirements…..like no north facing properties…..and the showings were streamlined again. Troy had vast knowledge of the area I was buying in which was very beneficial to me, a stranger to the area. Budget guidelines were adhered to by Troy….not so much by me. The home buying experience can be nerve wracking but Troy explained everything in a clear fashion. I was never made to feel that I was asking a “dumb question”. The negotiations with the sellers was handled well…..communication lines were open. I’d recommend Troy because of his professionalism, knowledge, experience and willingness to work hard for his client. And I have to mention that Troy was early to every single appointment….that was a bonus for me. Definitely 5* service.
