Because of Tracy, selling the house was the easiest part of a difficult situation. She began working for us immediately and I can't believe how smooth the whole process was. She was very thorough in her market analysis and sold our house well above our asking price. Always very professional, Tracy also gets 5/5 for being such a great communicator throughout this entire process.
