We hired Traci and Keith to purchase our new home and sell our current one. When it came to buying a home, they were very patient listening to our needs, making suggestions, giving us background information on areas we liked and how to evaluate each property. It took us a while to find one that we liked, but they were very patient. Finally, when we found one we really liked, we couldn't come to an agreement with the seller so Keith had a creative strategy in mind. We got a great deal for slightly below asking price. On the sale of our waterfront condo, though, Traci and Keith helped us get 25 offers. The successful one was 138% over asking!!
