Tom is simply wonderful. He is everything a good realtor has to be and more. From the beginning of our work together I was impressed with the level of Tom’s professionalism. He showed deep knowledge of the market and knew all the ins and outs of the selling and buying process. Tom has a very good team of people who helped us with selling our house - a photographer and a staging agent. With the way he approached the whole process we could see he knows what he is doing, and that we are in good hands. And when it came to buying a new place, we always felt like we were his priority (even though he obviously had other clients too). He was always there for us answering any questions, scheduling viewings at the time convenient for us, doing everything in a very fast and efficient manner. We were more than satisfied with his work. Additionally I want to say a couple of things about Tom’s personality. He is such a great person to work with. He was always very patient with us. This whole process can be stressful at times, and Tom was just amazing. He was very caring and sensitive to all our desires, understanding when we (mostly I) would change our minds and decide to go different direction. I always felt like Tom is truly on our side and trying his best to help us to find our dream house. Which we did! :) I highly recommend Tom!
