Tom Sapinski

I did not initially know Tom but saw his name on one of his signs, called him and this is now the 2nd time he has been my agent in 2 years. 2022 to sell and 2024 to purchase. I have high standards when it comes to competency and communication: he scores 100+ in both plus is over the top in all other aspects. For this purchase, his quick action/response, understanding of my needs and timings combined with his real estate savvy lead to no only securing the home purchase but at an unexpectedly lower amount. His advice around all other aspects such as the mortgage, lawyer and contractors was also so valuable. I would not consider another agent, it's that simple. You really recognize good quality customer service nowadays as, unfortunately, it is often hard to find. Knowing that I am fully supported and in good hands for such costly endeavors is something I am very grateful for. If anyone has the opportunity to work with Tom, they absolutely should. Tom Sapinski is a knowledgeable and highly competent professional but also a wonderful human being.
