Our experience buying this home really excellent. Todd's willingness to continue to take us to properties when we could not find one we loved, was exceptional. Also his ability to listen to what we were really looking for really made a difference. He knows the area well, so was informative and helped us get a realistic grasp of whether this was the place for us. He was brand new at this but sought out expert help. He negotiated well for us and even helped us get extra keys from the owner etc., and checked to see how the moving in was going. We left and went home 3 times and yet he continued to keep in contact, forward new properties and respond when we wanted to see a property. He was respectful and honest. It was a pleasure.
