I did not put a score for negotiation skills, which brought down Tim's score. The house didn't sell so i cannot comment on negotiations skills. I found Tim to be reliable, honest, professional and knowlegable. Unlike some realtors, he does put his client's interest first. Tim is a trusted realtor who I will recommend.
