Tim's experience and knowledge of the construction process helped with supporting the buyer's agent with the offer helped answer questions and trouble shoot potential issues. He kept in regular contact despite delays in the final finishing details with the contractor and was flexible. He marketed the property well and used multiple media strategies to showcase the property. Navigating two offers, one which did not move forward with nervous first time buyers.
