Tim Lind

Tim is very punctual, efficient, and direct. Tim takes initiative to truly get to know us and our family so he gets a better idea to what we want and when he’s not clear he would ask to make sure. Tim always double checks the paper work to make sure it’s what we ask of is put on paper. I’ve worked with many realtors before but none have met our expectations like it did with Tim. This is our 4th house that Tim helped us buy. While in ON Tim was the only one who picked up my phone call and I called 5! I wasn’t ready to buy at the time but Tim kept helping me for two months until I was ready. Patient, kind, understanding, honest, and hard working sums Tim up.
