Tim listened to what we wanted in a house, and helped guide us through the whole process. Took time to explain things, and check things out like cracks in the foundation, driveway etc. Looked at the roof, appliances and furnace if we'd need to replace these things soon after purchase. We'd definitely use Tim again!
