Thomas Robinson

Our experience with Thomas Robinson and Sotheby's was an absolute pleasure. We spent over a year looking for a house in our relatively low, and very scarcely supplied price range. Nearly the entire time, Thomas worked with us only on our purchase, as we were planning on selling privately. We dragged him out nearly every weekend, to nearly every community within an hour drive of Kelowna. (...Sometimes longer than an hour.) We went through multiple accepted offers, backed out of multiple offers, and by the time a year had passed Thomas must have been losing money on us. Despite this, there was never a complaint, he was incredibly attentive and responsive and helped us with absolutely everything we needed help with. And there was a lot! Through all of this Thomas was incredibly professional, and helped us with a contagious smile on his face. There was only ever positive energy and the experience was an absolute pleasure, and we know we were likely not the easiest clients logistically! When we finally found a fantastic cape cod style house of our dreams, in a community closer than we had expected, our private buyer backed out last minute for the house we were living in. Within a week, Thomas had gotten our old, hmm, "rustic" townhouse sold for 75% more than we had purchased it for only 3 and a half years prior. And much more than we were going to be selling privately for. Thomas has earned a lifetime of business from us, and anybody I know who I am able to refer him to. The level of professionalism and kindness he showed to us was outstanding and made a rather stressful time in our lives much less heavy on our shoulders. Thank you Thomas!!!
