Thomas Robinson was top notch for my purchase in the West Kelowna area. From the first phone call he seemed to take the time to figure out what I really wanted and dove right into the search. I couldn't be happier with the constant and quick communication from start to finish. As I was not from the area, I relied heavily on his knowledge and he was quick to fill me in on things, but admittedly said if he was not one hundred percent sure, he found out the information and got back to me with definite answers. As I was making this purchase remotely he could tell me about property that I was unable to view first hand but he had seen in himself. So that helped narrow down my search rapidly. Remarkably we narrowed it down to a few properties so that I only had to make one trip to West Kelowna /Fintry areas from Vancouver where we found a property and finalized a successful offer, which was a huge relief not having to travel multiple times for house hunting trips. In the end he was a forthcoming, hardworking, go-getter with great communication skills, who got me exactly what I wanted by easily narrowing down my search and answering all my questions.
