Corinne and Michael Team

I recently had the pleasure of working with Corinne as my real estate agent for the purchase of a home. I'm a first time home buyer and started going to open houses in the hopes of finding a new home in December 2024. After visiting a few open houses with my parents and meeting multiple real estate agents, we didn't think the real estate agents were looking out for my best interests. She taught me to be aware for furnaces that were rented, they should always be owned. She taught me about the pros and cons of purchasing a property that is Power of Sale. She taught me about the risks of purchasing a property that is currently being rented. She taught me everything I needed to know when it came to making the decision of purchasing a home. She always made her self available for me at all times and returned my calls or messages promptly. When she was on vacation, her team member Michael, showed myself and my father a property and he was just as amazing as Corinne. Very friendly and extremely informative and took his time to show us even the smallest details, in both the interior and exterior of the house. I've learned a whole lot in my first home buying experience with Corinne and Michael, and with their help, guidance and expertise, I'm now the proud new owner of my very first home! Corinne, Michael, if you are reading this, my lawyer also did some research on your team and in his words, he said you guys are 'top notch', I couldn't agree more and without hesitation, I highly recommend the Corinne and Michael Team.
