We both worked with Jag and Jatin; Jag on the selling and Jatin on the buying side. However, they were both very receptive with inquiries and in replying messages regardless if its selling or buying concerns.. Truly knowledgeable in the field of realty and we could not thank them enough for a job well done. We viewed one house and we felt the connection. I told Jatin to make it happen for us and he did.. with negotiated price and some extras. Jag sold our house in 2 days over asking. He provided us with everything from staging to ensuring that people who comes to view the house will have mask, gloves and even foot socks. Our anxiety level in selling in this Covid times were low as we were assured. Everything was explained to us in details, timely advise, comparisons in our area. We used whatsapp for messaging and zoom on important meetings and I tell you, Jag always presented in a very organized manner. We were never felt rushed nor forced.Jag and Jatin are both soft-spoken and very respectful too. We could not imagine dealing with somebody else but them. True professionals and does things way above and beyond! Not to mention, they made us feel like family and we really felt the sincerity. At present, they are trying to arrange an early closing date for us as we requested. I am hoping it will push thru and for them to go the extra mile of addressing our needs is more than what a client can hope for. Amazing!Thanks again Jag and Jatin!
