Tanesse Chang-Gyles

I met Tanesse Chang-Gyles at an open house in Fort Erie which ended up being the house we bought. My husband and I loved this house the moment we saw it online and knew that it was going to be the perfect house for our family. I asked Tanesse to be our realtor and she kindly agreed without hesitation although my current house was in a city 1.5 hours away from Niagara (where her office is located).Tanesse was very committed to helping us sell our house within an extremely tight schedule. She walked us through the process of what we needed to do before we could put our house on the market. She found us a wonderful team of very hard working contractors who made our almost 15 year old house look like new. They worked day and night on numerous repairs around the house. I was amazed at the whole process.Tanesse also helped us find stagers who made the house look fantastic. Once the house hit the market, I was extremely nervous due to the current state of the housing market.Tanesse was able to come up with strategies to get our house sold ASAP. The process was worry free and I had little to no stress. I am so happy I met Tanesse on the day of that open house and that she agreed to be my realtor.
