This was a long distance house purchase for us, but Tammy made it that much easier for us to become familiar with the local community and real estate market. She supplied us with regular on-line listings that met our search criteria, and answered many questions we had about buying in the area, market conditions, and specific questions we had about listed properties. For in-house viewings, she was available to meet our travel schedule and effectively lined up times for the houses we were interested to see. During the offer stage, she was very helpful on counseling us on our offer price and negotiations, as well as the subject clauses, right up to the final negotiated purchase contract.
