I can't think of a single flaw for Tammy - she was perfect. She really knew the neighbourhoods and helped us find the perfect one for us. Her property knowledge is top notch, and she gently guided us while examining listings for potential issues (never imposing, just offering advice when asked). She made herself available to us at all times, was very quick in her responses (and detailed!), and gave great guidance during the offering process. She gave us fantastic advice when negotiating (I never felt like she was trying to pad her commission - quite the opposite!), and kept us in the loop with all developments. She was friendly and professional, and absolutely pleasant to work with.
