We couldn't be happier with our experience with Tammy. As first time home buyers we were nervous but throughout the whole process we felt at ease. Even though we were making the biggest purchase of our lives; everything felt so natural and effortless. We didn't have to worry about doing intense research of the area or the back and forth with the builder, Tammy took care of everything. House hunting with Tammy was like shopping with a friend it was enjoyable and fun. She is professional and attentive. While it wasn't the area she normally operates in, Tammy was always prepared with details, tid-bits about the neighborhood, quality of fixtures and a back up plan if a viewing became unavailable. What most appreciated Tammy for was her ability to help up narrow down our choices. She asked the right questions that got us thinking what we really wanted, what's important to us now and in the future. Another reason why I enjoyed working with Tammy is that she listened. At times we got lost in the process and started talking ourselves into things. She reminded us what we said was important to us and that got us back on track. I can honestly say since we've moved, I wake up every morning and say "Man, I just love this house". Having Tammy as a Realtor felt like someone had our back and our best interests were truly taken care of. I would recommend Tammy to anyone I know in need of a Realtor.
