Where do I begin? Tammy has been our agent for 3 real estate transactions, and has been incredible every time. We've spent so much time with her she has become a true friend to us. In our recent transactions where she helped us buy and sell, we all experienced a series of unfortunate events, which she handled like a true professional. She is very knowledgeable about the markets in Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, and Burlington. She has a very solid grasp on the issues that are present in sone of the properties in these markets as well (ie. Kitech plumbing). She has very keen eye for design and has great contacts in the industry. We count ourselves very lucky we stumbled into one of her open houses 3.5 years ago. On the buying end, we saw multiple properties and 4 of them there were multiple offer situations. Each loss was tough, but Tammy stayed positive and her commitment to helping us land our next home was unwavering. We struck gold on our fifth and a large part of that is due to Tammy. On the selling end, Tammy had everything incredibly organized and on the ball. She had a great strategy and attitude. Her eye for design was on point and her presence in the open house (we met her at one) is what you want. We went on a real rollercoaster ride, and a lot of the problems & crazy situations we encountered we completely out of her control. We had one agent that was incredibly pushy, arrogant, and rude; she handled him like a professional. The next agent we dealt with had NO IDEA what he was doing and his antics took us for a ride; again, she dealt with the situation like a professional and also helped him along. She knew what we needed to get our house sold, and we have full faith in her. Trust me, you want to work with her. She is incredible and will not let you down! For your next real estate transaction, whether it is buying or selling, you want her on your side!!
