Tammy Dubreuil is extremely knowledgeable regarding the current real estate market and trends that exist within micro-markets. She was able to assist us in a variety of ways which include: staging our property prior to sale, offering comparable listings to base our market value from, provided an excellent mortgage broker referral, great renovation referrals for our new property, etc. Tammy is extremely responsive and provides excellent communication with her clients. Highly recommended!
